THE SELLING PROCESS

Research & Planning

First, we will meet and discuss your motivations for selling. We will do a walkthrough of your home and discuss how to best prepare your home to be listed on the market. I will also present my market research to see how your home compares to others on the market (Comparative Market Analysis). Lastly, we will establish a timeline and go over the marketing plan.

Listing

At this stage, I want you to be fully informed and confident about the plans to sell your home. I will reiterate the approach regarding our competitive pricing and marketing strategy that will attract qualified buyers to your home. If everything is clear and acceptable to you, I will present the listing agreement that states our mutual responsibilities and agreements with regards to the sale of your home.

Marketing

At this stage, I want to prepare your home to make a great first impression to potential buyers. With an excellent network of vendors at hand, we will strategize what improvements to make (if any), staging, photography, and videography. My goal is to ensure your home is ready to market and maximize your return on investment.

Negotiation

Your home has been listed on the market and now we are at the point of negotiation. I will present every offer and will walk you through the terminology, contingencies and buyer financing options. I will leverage my negotiation skills and with permission advocate on your behalf to get your home sold. My goal is to secure the best possible deal for you.

Closing

You have accepted an offer and closing day has arrived. I will be right beside you during these final steps. At this stage, I am making sure the inspections are being performed accordingly, financing is approved, and any additional documents are provided on time. Then the only thing left to do is sign and that concludes the sale of your home!
